Hr interview questions with answers

                 Hr means human resource (i,e) it is process of analyzing the status and maintaining the staff in the organization. as we know without cart car cant move as in the same case of organization. without human resource a single organization cant get success as well as he is not able to achieve the target itself.so for each and every organization it is necessary to have good HRs.And we know that exit interviews are a great resource for employers to find out what is going right and wrong with their company. However, employees will most likely feel intimidated in an exit interview, so it's important to give the reasons for it.So this site gives few tips on what to do and what not to do when participating in an exit interview. 
               Exit interviews are excellent opportunities to talk with employees about what they liked or what they didn't like about their job. The human resource Professional conducting the interview should be open-minded about this meeting, as he will get valuable information that can be used to make positive changes within the organization qualified and skilled and trained staff.Communication is a two way street. If a company doesn’t have exit interviews in place, they are telling employees that they don’t value their feedback. Don’t give your employees the feeling that you are just going to send them off and let the door hit you on the way out. Give them the opportunity to help your company gain valuable insights.
